I have come to the conclusion that one of the reasons I am sick and/or tired all the time isn’t JUST because I keep wacky hours and don’t get quite enough sleep – it’s also because I have never detoxed my body, and I have had many cycles of really horribly bad eating, not to mention several cycles of really horribly bad stress.
So, here is where I ask your advice, oh lovely internets! Do you know of a good, natural detoxing regimen? Did you hear of one somewhere? Have you tried one that was horrible so you’d like to warn me about it?
Please tell me, because I NEED TO KNOW. I am tired of being sick and sluggish.
(Oh, and for the record, I STILL HATE MONDAYS, especially being sick on Monday.)

I have to admit it scares the crap out of me and I’d never do it, but there is the whole lemon juice/ cayanne pepper/ maple syrup detox diet. A friend of mine started it and couldn’t get through the first day. I don’t know the real details, you’d have to google it, but I love food and the feeling of not being hungry too much to really do a detox.

Ever tried Homeopathic ways?
Mh, not sure, my Mom did a detox once and was quite happy.
Something with some “Glaubersalz” and juices and stuff.
I can ask her and look it up, if you want?
