I signed up! I took the marriage survey for your friend – which, by the way, was very interesting and got me thinking about my own marriage – and I read your newsletter.
I have to say I loved all of it! I liked the Five Ways to Caffeinate Your Day. I have been working on changing my lifestyle to include exercise and eating healthy so that I can lose weight. I have a lot of weight to lose (over 100 lbs) and since I have been working on it, the weight hasn’t changed a whole lot, so I have become discouraged easily. However, eating healthy and drinking plenty of water and getting my sleep and exercising has made me FEEL better, so whether the weight eventually comes off or not doesn’t matter because all that matters to me is how I feel and how healthy I am (blood pressure, sugar, etc). And you have quite a way of putting things – so simple, with lots of character, and very straightforward. So thank you! I am looking forward to your future newsletters. :)

What a great little eBook! I love coffee – and now I can hardly “caffeinate” without thinking about you! Great suggestions on the sleep, veggies, etc – I’m keeping this eBook on my desktop to re-read when I need a “pick me up”.
