On February 9th, Troy made it official – he bought a lovely silver and amber ring and put it on my engagement finger. :)
So yep, we’re getting married. There’s no date yet, and no real plans except that Cylithria and Sarie are going to be honor guard (OORAH!), but I am incredibly, ridiculously, deliriously happy. And also there is so much other life going on that I just go through my day and forget there’s anything extra special in the air until I catch him looking at me.  (Insert lots of gaggy-type romanticness here.)
I won’t say I’m not apprehensive, being that I’ve done this twice before and both times it turned out wrong.  But I’d like to think I’ve grown up a lot and learned from my old mistakes, and I don’t think for one minute that this is a new mistake. I love him so much it makes me burst.
