79: Purple!

As you can see, I have turned my hair PURPLE.
Don’t be alarmed - it’s a wash-out dye. However, we tried this same dye on my boyfriend, and his hair was some various (and fading) shade of purple for, oh, a few months. Heh. It might have something to do with the fact that he’s blond, and they specifically say on the box NOT FOR USE WITH BLOND HAIR, WARNING, ARE YOU STUPID?!, which of course we ignored.
I hope it stays for a long time, because I find that I really enjoy my hair being purple. Like, a lot.
Also? I went to the eye doctor a few days ago (thank you God for HEALTH INSURANCE!), and I am sporting a new pair of contact lenses in the correct prescription, and there are sexy black emo-type glasses being made for me as well. I am taking sexy back from ALL of you, all at the same time. :)
Also also, I am currently working exclusively from home, and I even have a lovely daily schedule for myself, which means that I am not writing this during work - I am writing this on my BREAK, and also I need to take a short walk before my break is up because I work better when the blood is flowing not *just* to my rear end. Because, you know, I’m sitting on it pretty much all day (except when I am taking weird photos of my hair, or getting another cup of coffee).

I can’t WAIT for my new glasses, too. I really hope they look as cool as I thought they did when I tried them on - they just had glass non-prescription lenses in, though, so maybe they’re actually ugly.
Troy was with me and he said they looked cool. Here’s hoping he wasn’t just playing a mean trick on me! ;)
