77: A mess.

My novel, that is. My novel is such a mess. Notes and character sketches and chapters and random scenes all thrown in together - it drives me crazy! I’ve never before had such a messy, messy document.
I hope it means that I am creating something real, and not just fooling around in a word processing file and making a colossal fool of myself.
In case you can’t tell, I have a severe case of the ‘uh oh, that deadline is awfully close’ heebie-jeebies.
Tell me something to make me feel better? Remind me that in the absence of noveling, there is always cake? Or that naps are like hugs from your blankets? …sigh.

Come on, you can do it! Last day! Push through! I finished Wednesday and my novel, too, makes about this *holds fingers an inch apart* much sense. But hey! What if it’s not Pulitzer-quality stuff?
