65: Mostly random.

I’ve signed up for NaBloPoMo again this year (and am currently too lazy to link to my posts during November of last year, sorry), so in preparation for that I’m… posting more than I normally do. Haha!!
I accidentally forgot to un-silent my phone last night when I went to bed, and since my phone is my alarm clock, this meant that I accidentally overslept. I still got up in time to get the kids up for school, made them breakfast, and whatnot - but I couldn’t get myself ready in time to catch the bus to downtown for MY school this morning. It’s a good thing that classroom time is optional, but now I have to make sure that I learn this chapter of Python extra good.
In other random news, I did quite well on the first test for one of my other classes, and for the OTHER other class, which is mostly a fluff class but that I have to take for this degree, I took a quiz that I scored perfectly on. It’s nice to have something I’m succeeding at.
In other not-random news, my daughter turned eight yesterday! YAY! And I do not have much in the way of photos, because I was using my fabulous penny-pinching skillz a little too much and in the wrong direction, and I bought batteries that failed right after I put them in the camera. So boo-hoo, I have to go buy more now. Stupid low-juice batteries. *pout*
What did you do between the time I posted last and this time? I’m curious. Also, where ARE you all? Did you just up and leave because I was lame and didn’t post much? Please come baaaaaack! I’ll make brownies or something!

Thanks for the link to nablopomo. ;) I’ve been posting so much in the last six months I think that’s where I’d rather put my energy right now. I’ve proved I can do the novel thing but its the blog stuff right now that I’m loving. I’ll hop over there and join you.

Did you say brownies? Hehe.
Well, you know, I’m planning a wedding. It’s now turned into an obession…I tend to skip over all non-wedding related posts in my feed reader these days. And you know, I’m not really posting on DD.com. But I still read my friends’ blogs - so here I am! Doing non-wedding related things. It’s refreshing actually! I’m sure I’ll need it further down the line…so PLEASE don’t stop posting!
And Happy Birthday to your little one! Congrats on the test! Glad to hear you’re having some fun with your school! :)
