56: Living in a trailer park, yo.

So, what have I been up to lately, you ask?

Uh.

Well.

As you can see from the title of this post, I now reside in a cozy little trailer in a cozy little trailer park. Yeah, that’s right, now I can rub shoulders with Eminem (gack) and all those other celebrities/famous people/friends of mine who unashamedly (or perhaps shamedly) attest to their prior residence in a trailer park. And dude! Do you know how awesome a trailer is?! It came PRE-PACKAGED, man! There were little plastic bits on the sink that had to be peeled off when I got here! There are extra strips of wall that I tucked away in my laundry room, and every window has the same curtains! It’s just ridiculously awesome.

Okay, that was maybe a little bit tongue-in-cheek - but I really do love this trailer. I put money down, I make my payments, and in seven years this sucker’s all mine to do what I want with, heh heh heh. It has central air and new miniblinds and three bedrooms, and new appliances and lots of windows and it’s mine and I love it.

Also, I have a crazy neighbor who lays out on a sheet in her front lawn (which is about four and a half feet from my parking spot) to catch some rays, while rather a lot less than fully clothed. Joey’s eyes almost bugged right out of his head when he saw her do that, but I quickly shushed him and got him in the car right away. She’s really not crazy on purpose though. She has low sugar and short-term memory loss, which translates into VERY loud and extremely repetitive.
